Where do I get help-I just saved it last night with the new release, weeks of progress gone. Sorry I'm so out of words right now.

Of course this should never happen. If you can figure out how this happened it would be a high priority to fix, but we'd need steps to reproduce as per the bug report guidelines. As with any digital work you should keep regular backups, so restore a recent one and continue working. If you don't have a recent backup, you have learned a lesson in why you need backups, and you can send your project to ashleylui@scirra.com where I can try to recover it, but I can't guarantee anything.

I went crazy with this problem also. In the end was because of a 3rd party plugin.

I got this warning a few times. It was simply fixed when trying to reopen the project several times.

If anyone sees this it would be incredibly helpful if you could press F12 and report any error messages that appeared in the browser console. This obviously should never happen, but without more details it's impossible for us to investigate this in any way.

Both Ashley and C3 Customer Care did not reply to me (I sent an email)

You need to expand the red error message to see which file it's referring to. Try renaming the C3P project to .ZIP, extracting the files and fixing/replacing the faulty file.

I did that but I got a broken ZIP file.

Try googling how to fix a broken zip. If you manage to extract the files, zip them again, rename to C3P. If the zip if not salvageable, then I'm afraid there is nothing can be done.
