While with Android and MacBook I can get full screen, with iPhone and iPad I can't. What am I doing wrong?

IIRc, requesting fullscreen is only supported on iPad. It is not supported on iPhone. This is a limitation of the Safari browser.
Unfortunately for me it doesn't even work on iPad even if I open the URL address via Google Chrome.
