How do I make my disappeared character come back on a platformer game?

If you go to the level 1 layout tab, my character is there, yet when I click on preview, he's invisible. Any suggestions on how to make the character visible? Check at your characters properties initial visible.

The character is set to visible, so I'm not sure what else could be the problem.

No your characters initial visible is not.

Choose your character and at left of your screen scroll down until you see initial visible. Check this because now its unchecked.

I have the player box (an invisible box on top of the character and the character) the playerbox is set to invisible, but the player is set to visible.
