Disable Guided Tutorial Pop-Up

I've tried looking it up, but with no luck. I've had C3 for years now, but am now suddenly always getting this message when I start up the webpage. What gives? How doi I disable this? I even went through the guided tutorial, thinking that would do it, and nothing.

If I recall correctly, you need to remove the "/?startTour" from the url before saving the bookmark or shortcut.
