How do I Detect if two object are overlapping with each other?

I am not sure if I am doing any thing wrong but I tried to but the "is overlapping with" code but it just doesn't work.

Whatever I do just does not work. I flipped the two objects and tried other things. And it just does nothing!

Check that collisions are enabled on both objects. Check collision polygons for both objects.

Finally, maybe this event is triggered, but you don't see it?

The fix was just me being stupid.

The Event Sheet was Linked to the wrong layout :/
