Construct 3 Gifting?

Not sure where to put this, but, does anyone know if gifting has been brought back for Construct 3? Believe it or not, I have a friend TheSpookyDong who used to gift me C3 licenses per month, but then we just found out it got disabled due to something about abusing purchases, whatever that is.

I've asked this in the Construct Community server before, so did he, but sadly that was left unanswered.

Gifting plans was disabled due unfortunately to widespread fraud and unauthorised resellers abusing the system on a fairly large scale.

We can enable gifting for usernames - if the user who gifted your plan reaches out to us and requests it we can look at enabling it for them.

Oh I see, if I may ask, where can I or Spooky exactly contact the Construct Staff for something like this?
