Construct 3, where is animation bar?

Hello, i read this article:

But when i create new object- sprite , allways open editor without animation bar,

I not get it, how i can get option for animation ?

It looks correct. What were you expecting to happen instead?

There is not animation bar in bottom, but now i found bug on mozila browser, on chrome browser with same action i get animation bar and all is fine.
