You Means , overlapping transparency.
You can "erase" a circle using a mask sprite with a blend mode. See the official "Blend Modes" example in Construct.
It may be difficult though to organize objects on layers properly.
Thank you for your answers, I created a round object that follows the character, and I tried different blend mode options but it doesn't work as expected ^^
