I have tried to cancel my monthly subscription, but I do not find the option.
When I click Your Plans, these are the options:
You have no expired plans
Active plans that you cancel or that expire will appear on this page in the future.
You have no active plans
If you believe this to be a mistake, please check your expired plans to make sure the plan hasn't expired, or contact support and provide your payment details and related transaction ID's so we can help locate your plans.
When I click Your Licenses, appear:
YOUR AVAILABLE LICENSES
If you've purchased Construct 2 in the past, you can find the license files in your downloads.
You currently do not have any product licenses. Get yours now!
So, please tell me, what can I do to cancel my subscription.
