How do I get the animation side bar?

How do I get the animation side bar?

Its driving me crazy! I've looked at loads of tutorials. And in all of them...

People simple add a sprite, and there on the right, the 'animations' bar appears.

Not me :-(

I think it's there but you have to expand it by dragging the left side of the right border of the window.

you must have shrunk it to make room for the image... to get it back, put your mouse over the right side of the editor window - until your mouse pointer turns to a double arrow. click and drag to the left to bring it back into view.

I'm pretty certain it's there, the window is just sized oddly - select *near* the right hand side of the window and drag, it should pull the two animation side panels into view

It's a bit fiddly, don't select the right hand of the window itself, just a few millimeters to the left of it
