How do I add a level like autoscroll

A basic autoscroll, but I want to add something like youtu.be/A-uQiz5eyWc

That doesn't look like the level is scrolling, more like a standard platformer where the camera is following the player but an enemy is constantly moving towards you. Which bit do you need help with ?

I figured it out shortly after, I used a move at angle every X seconds. I also made an invisible camera that does the same.
