Hi, recently my mother say than Construct.net steal 20$ Every month, i've never go on this website since

since this summer and I have canceled my licence before switch to C# and Python development, the things is I don't know anymore what Email account I use for this website and also Why my mom should always pay for this subscription,so please if you work for construct can you help me for Cancel this damn subscription and potentially get my money back, especially that the thing is that I remember very well having canceled my subscription.
