    Hello,

    I am posting my query here regarding my subscription and payments, as I have not received a follow-up response to my emails, and I need my account urgently.

    **TL;DR:** This is regarding my annual subscription, which I have maintained for more than four years; prior to that, I had been on a monthly plan. This year, I encountered an issue with my payment and contacted support, but I have not received any help yet.

    - **On June 12, 2025:** My subscription failed to auto-renew.

    - **On June 13 (Friday):** I contacted C3 support for assistance, but unfortunately, I did not receive any help.

    - **On June 16 (Monday):** I received a reply stating that my plan was canceled and that I would need to purchase a new plan.

    - **On June 16:** I responded with details explaining the issue, mentioning that it must be a bug since all my credit card details are intact on the website.

    I kindly requested the C3 team’s help to get my plan back at the old price, which I have maintained for years. This exact same thing happened to me last year, and they sent me a direct link to pay the annual price. I have been a loyal C3 developer since 2019 and am willing to continue using this amazing piece of software.
