I'm asking this out of curiosity. Do you guys prefer multiple event sheets, one for crafting, inventory, gameplay etc. etc. or everything in one under groups?

I have several event sheets, with groups in them just for my personal comfort.
So i can minimize stuff i don't work with right now.
It depends on what you are working on, if the project is small, a single event sheet will probably do it just fine.
For medium to large size projects having multiple event sheets to separate unique tasks is likely the better approach. It makes it easier to find what you are looking for once the event count starts to rise.
So far. one event sheet for each layout, with one extra event sheet that handles music on/off outgoing links and main menu. That one is included in all other layouts/sheets.
I should add that most of my games even ones with multiple levels use only one layout for the game itself. Other layouts are just intro, instructions, end game type of thing.
