Payment method for renewing subscription for the next year?（Issue resolved）

Hello, I'm a paid subscriber to Construct3 and I'd like to renew for another year at the end of this month. However, I can't find my previous payment methods, Alipay or WeChat Pay. It prompts me to add a payment method, but my Agricultural Bank of China card shows it's not supported! Please help me use Alipay or WeChat Pay. Thank you in advance.

I had previously emailed Construct3's technical support, and they replied that they didn't yet support Alipay and WeChat renewals, but were preparing to do so. Just as I was regretfully preparing to use another free platform or AI programming tool that wasn't as simple and convenient as Construct3, I received a notification that my Construct3 renewal payment had failed. While checking my account, I suddenly discovered that Construct3 had renewed my subscription for a year! I was so surprised and grateful! I immediately emailed them to thank them and promised that as long as they support Alipay or WeChat renewals, I will continue to support Construct3! Construct3 has been a huge help to me, allowing me to go from a programming novice to someone who can develop applications independently! A responsible company! Worthy of my support (currently my only paid software :):):))! A sincere thank you again to the Construct3 development and operations team; your sincere efforts will surely be rewarded!!!

I'm afraid what you are trying to do is not currently supported. We are looking to update our payment systems though but there isn't a timeframe for this yet.

I don't know what happened, but when I logged into Construct3, I found that the year-long renewal I thought they gave me was gone, and it now shows me as the free version. Oh well! It's okay, it's nothing serious anyway. I was already planning to use other free platforms and AI-assisted tools. I'm still grateful to Construct 2 and Construct3 for being with me over the years; they've taught me so much! I sincerely wish them all the best!
