The best way I can describe this issue with the new update is my objects with a "Water" effect used for distortion are no longer following their sampling rule. I've gone through and changed all the sampling options i can to Nearest to retain the pixellated look but it's no longer working as of the new update. I really could do with help here as most of my visuals are now compromised.
Also from what I can tell the "Water" effect no longer keeps a consistent pattern of ripples but eventually stops moving.
