I doesn't look like it's tied to the initial point, just to the in touch x,y
So basically it's the same as sprite set angle to angle(touch.x,touch.y,sprite.x,sprite.y)
I'm hoping we get access to the editor at this level so we could even use flick gestures.
Flick an object, or initiate a rotation based the speed at touch release.
I kind of doubt that at this point however.
