I’m creating a Facebook/Meta playable ad for both mobile phones and tablets.

What reference sizes should I use for:

1. Design reference image

2. Construct 3 working layout

I want the playable ad to be responsive and work well across different screen sizes. Which setup is recommended?

1920x1080 is the most common choice, you can design your project and prepare all art for this resolution.

Mobile screens come in all sizes these days, so if you don't want black bars at the sides of the screen you will need to resize the viewport. You can use one of these fullscreen modes: Scale Inner or Scale Outer (recommended).
