  • I'm afraid it's not possible to help from just this information. In general we need people to file an issue following all the guidelines, otherwise we cannot investigate. It may also be useful to open the developer tools (F12) and check for any additional error messages in the console. Also try disabling any browser extensions you have installed, as buggy extensions are a frequent cause of issues in Construct.

I have the same problem. In my situation, I think the plugin 'EMI_INDO_CloudMessaging' is causing this issue, but I don’t know how to remove it. I can’t open my project to remove it.

  • That error looks like it was caused by a third-party addon "EMI_INDO_CloudMessaging". Contact the addon developer for support, or try clearing your browser cache, which will uninstall all addons.

  • Thanks for your response. I suspect that the addon 'EMI_INDO_CloudMessaging' is indeed causing the issue. However, I’m unable to open my project to remove it

I also tested another project that contains the same addon, and it worked without any issues.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • Construct version: r475.2 and r481 not work

  • It still looks like a third-party addon (or possibly a browser extension) is causing that crash, as it's not a crash inside Construct's own code.
