[Closed] About discount for C3 and downloading C2 stuffs.

I sent an email to supporteso@construct.net on 2020 Mar 7,

about the following with proof of invoice of Steam:

I am a Construct 2 user and bought C2 on steam.

I subscibe Construct 3 on 2020 Feb 25 and discovered

I could enjoy C3 discount for old C2 user since then.

1. Could you please refund the extra money to me?

2. Please enable the download Construct 2 on here, so that I could

download back the megabundle of assets from Construct 2.

(Steam disable downloading the assets)

When would I get the answer from support?
