Hi, I have a image in photoshop as below.

When I place it in construct using 9- patch the corners no longer have a transparent background? (it should have a white transparent infill) Do I have a setting wrong somewhere?

Does this image have transparency when you import it in Construct image editor? Have you tried different settings for Edges, Fill, Trim?

Thanks for replying dop2000, tried changing all different combinations the for edges, fill and seams. Couldn't find 'trim' in properties palette?....

Your link doesn't work. Also, are you using C2 or C3?

Yeah, it feels like a bug. I'm guessing 9patch plugin can't recognize the transparency value of these pixels.. If you bucket-fill the inside of this image with semi-transparent color in Construct, then it works.

Hey guys.

Funny thing is I'm using images created directly in Construct and I still get this problem in the preview, that is, while I'm viewing the layout in the editor, but it works fine in runtime. That's why I got to this thread as I wasted the last hour trying to solve a non-issue. Lol.

Here are pictures from the editor, the preview and the runtime. I added the white lines so it's clear where the cuts are.
