  • Hi,this is the game i made for Funchowder Reclamation comptetition.i think this game is not for "casual gamers", but i don?t realize how dificult it is.If someone have tried it i would appreciate some feedback about how hard it is and other aspects of the game if you like.tks

    Saved by the balls

  • Hi nice game, But on the third level(The one with the rockets introduced) You cannot complete the level, Your restricted from movement whilst the game explains the rockets but your also rolling so you cannot really do it,

Actually i just remembered about the gravity changing, But still you should fix that :)

  • Agreed, the rocket level seems very hard.

You should let the player now, that saving the girl means touching her. Also you should provide a way to "shortcut" the instructions.

  • Im using chrome

  • Im using chrome

Uau it never happened in my tests, i will change this.tks

  • I?ll delete this version and i?ll upload a fixed version in a couple of days.

  • I've never received the ball rolling glitch either. And agree there needs to be a method of skipping instructions. I have half a dozen pages of notes while playing the game...will form that into a list of suggestions :P

In the meantime, a simple level tracker would be fantastic...with 89 levels, it would be nice to know which one you are on. :)

edit: played in chrome, firefox, IE, and Opera and never received the glitch. This is where having many people test is very helpful :D

  • Try Construct 3

  • Here's a final version(if it's free of bugs)of the game Saved by the Balls

in this version:-includes level counter, choose level, pause game, escape to main menu, checkpoints in big levels, credits menu, controls menu, red blocks less sensitive, color change in some platforms and a few changes in leveldesigns.

i prefer Firefox for this game.

  • very nice game ! <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Wow Cesisco, the choice and use of the music is phenomenal. Good original concept. (I played it in IE9 and everything seemed to be runnign perfectly).

Once is started playing - you had me. Really fun.

Im not sure what stage it was however, - the one where you are first introduced to the 180 flip technique. The floor is making you travel left while she (the girl) is on the right. I got stuck on the left hand side and couldnt do anything - i didnt really want to start from the beggining again.

I think you could take this to the next level with better graphics, but its very fun i must say.

Thanks for the bug report, it is fixed now.IE is the less tested browser with this game, if you find other problems please tell me, thanks.

  • I am totally taken with the music. I have to ask, did you make it?

Ok so i played it again - this time in both chrome and IE9. (Interestingly enough it was a better experience on IE9)

I got stuck on the same part - the 180 flip, the reason i got stuck is because I entered the bottom section from the left hand side instead of the right (I have instinctively done this 3 times in a row) - Once in the floor keeps me left into the corner (because of the platform push).

I understand its part of the difficulty - perhaps a retry stage button is needed?
