• Been working on a small game for the past month now. I am pretty close to finishing the game with placeholder graphics so, I thought I would share :)

    Mole's Holes

First near finished project I have done so, I am pretty hyped that I have come this far! I am going to enter in to the Newgrounds competition when it's all complete and I redo all the artwork. It's been designed for touch screen but, works fine with just your mouse. Oh also, there is no level ten so, that's not a bug, just haven't made it yet.

Hope you enjoy! All constructive criticism is welcome!

If you get any lag, try running it in full-screen with F11.

  • Very impressive! Not bad placeholder graphics either! Did you make these?

I think after the end of a level, you shouldn't have the user go back to the main screen, but instead proceed to the next level automatically.

  • Hey man,

Thanks very much. Everything in the game is mine, except the music

Not a bad idea. I could have a little message pop up "saying upgrades, next level" etc.

How did you find the difficulty and did you manage to finish all nine of the levels? Oh and did you come come across any bugs? Haha, so many questions!

    Thank you!

  • Lol, I only played through level one before I had to go.

Man... I need to learn to make programmer art.

  • The game is really simple and fun.

The first 6 levels I cleared easily, but at level 7 things goes a bit complicated, the tunnels are very adjusted and "double-tap-action" is required. I get at level 8. I died a lot of times after the second moving rocks group (when you use the speed boost), because that up-down-up-down tunnel is so adjusted and sometimes I make the "double-tap" so fast or so slow. I came at third group of moving rocks a couple of times, but not so far (all of it on 10 minutes about).

    Nice game, continue on it!

  • Hey man,

Thanks for your feedback. I will make the later levels a tad easier. That's the problem with pacing. The more you test the game, the better you get at the game. So you start making adjustments to the earlier levels thinking they are too easy. When really it's just your better at the game and know the levels.

  • Yeah, the same happen to mi with my game, I tested so many times, is easy to me, but when the rest of people play say me is difficult as hell!

The testers is the best to find "the point" that you can?t find as creator.

  • Nice and funny game :)

hi quite a good game; my reflex was a little slow at first until i got the hang of it.. the music really suited the game

  • Thanks for all the feedback.

I am taking all the suggestions on board. If people could do me a favor and really critic the game. Be as harsh as you like because I need to know all the good and bad things about it :) Thanks
