appbackr can repackage your HTML5 apps if they are submitted to us by 5 pm PST 12/30. We will get the files back to you on 12/31 and you can submit it to the Tizen Store that day and send us the Content ID.

Nope, no more cash, the funding is ending. The Tizen people even called it a "contest" through Appbackr on their forums. (probably to make it easier to explain.) So the contest is over.
Maybe someday it will return? (@Appbackr?)

Just an update. We can't repackage apps in time for the end of the program tonight. If you still want to submit an HTML5 app, use this guide: tools.appbackr.com/porting-html5-apps-tizen-guide
It will give you everything you need. Then you can add your app and include "appbackr" in the Comments to Validation Team field. Then if you have another minute, send us a note at tizengkk@appbackr.com with the Content ID.
