I would recommend uploading your game to various flash gaming portals like Newgrounds or Kongregate with a link to your Play Store/ App Store page within the game. These sites will get you thousands of plays! You can also send in your game to the apps that track free apps of the day like "Appoday" or "Appsgonefree" and see if they will feature your game.
