I've never really used Construct 2's built-in visual effects settings, but I decided to give it a try. I made this top-down, realistic and randomly moving water.

These are the three different water effects that I've created, all of them are made up of two or three objects on top of each other, but all on the same layer. This is possible without the project containing a single line of code. The textures were not made by me, they were all downloaded from different websites with several of them being free for any use. This is currently just a proof of concept and cannot even be used in a game, but I plan on making a set from which you can easily copy these effects to your own games.
Anyway, tell me if you like it and what you think should be changed, and what types of water I should add.
