wow, i really enjoyed your game. maybe it's because i'm over forty, and i grew up playing and making board games, but it was really fun. i thought it was too simplistic at first, and it seemed obvious who was going to win, once they got a head start - then the 'board' kicked in...lol. instant death, thrown backwards, bloated...lol.

awesome, it anybody's game at that point. you had to decide who to move and who not to move, to save yourself from an unknown square, or to screw your opponent. and lest i forget, bump his ass right off the board when you got the chance. one of the coolest mechanics was that every hero can't knock off every monster. found that one out - the hard way "you suck"...lol.

please sir, polish this up, add some awesome sound effects and music and make some money publishing this fun, simple game.

    well done.

you can change the color of the dice to match the player color due to roll. also, this would be absolute mayhem with three or four players.

  • This is my first project and its in early stages. But the art is kind of unusual so I figured I'd share a couple of shots.

  • Hello all...

I'm one month into owning my license of C2 and am just getting started building my first game. My plan is to build it for use on on talbets. That may change though. I want to keep it real simple as far as the graphics go and from a design perspective am leaning heavily towards doing the entire game in grayscale with minimal color accents, mostly for expressions.

Anyway, here are the first drafts of the main character:

Here are the first drafts of his expressions: Normal, Nightlights, Sleepy and RAMPAAAAGE!!!

    Feedback appreciated.

    Cheers,

I like your droid art. It's on the empathetic-anthropomorphic side of the uncanny valley like an R2-D2 or Johnny 5. It'll be cool to see it integrated into your game!

  • Appreciate the feedback and kind words! Johnny 5 was awesome. That was a great reference. Hopefully my bot will as 'personable' as J5.

  • RandomExile

Thank you so much :) I'm also working on the music and sounds. Doing this at the same time helps me to get inspiration and get more into the world I'm making.

Looks like fun and the graphics look great, can't wait to see it in action!

  • The game is looking cool. That girl has a mean left jab. However I only got 2 fps.

I know how to make games, and graphics, I just don't know what to make.

I know the meaning of life, I just don't know how to explain it.

yeah you need to use google chrome to play it and that level is too demanding. you need a good computer =( but i need to fix it.

  • haifisch

nice vibe, to stop the little "bumping" that the HUD make dont use the pin behavior or every tick; just arrange the HUD objects on the screen, put then into a separate layer and then remove the scrolling option from this layer. i think it will do :]

  • valdarko

thanks for the tip but i fixed that today with some minor bugs =). i just did the same thing you wrote and that fixed it.

  • Porting FantasyBloxx to mobile right now
