Does anyone know a good site that would allow you to host the game temporarily to get feedback and then take it down when you are done?
Thanks
People usually use dropbox's public folder for that
Yeah, that would be an easy way to do it. Thanks.
itch.io isn't bad either, there's a lot of settings you can mess with in regards to privacy.
StarCS Thanks for the link to itch.io I looked at both and will be using itch instead of dropbox. Mostly because get a free hosting and a website from itch, but I would have to pay for dropbox.
you can also use google drive. the problem is if you get a lot of people playing the game at the same time, the google drive will not handle it. there is a tutorial page that explains how to publish a game on google drive.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
nemezes thanks for the link. I am a technology teacher and will be doing a class later this year where we will use construct. We are already using google, so that will be a good way for the students to publish their games.
bitballoon is an awesome free hosting site. I use it to host practically all of my games.
