[plugin] Out Run

Hi .. let me share some cool stuff.

In last someone here would draw road but failed...

I have quickly ported outrun html from Lou page and the other authour in code on complete..

I have achieved to integrate this in a plugin ... but not yet finished...

So you can play with arrow keys to control Ferrari with your girlfriend ...

Always this is draw to C2 canvas...

OK .. Resolution is now much better.. instant Remedy outrun track is introduced..

I must rework some code anyway.....

It's on development stage, when it's fully playable i will release the plugin..

then you can configure all the game variables.. sprites and all.

Ok -- infinite play is now completed... never stop when you finished track ;

the rest is simple i think.. the rest is interacting with C2 events ..
