<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">I actually have found a way to upload, I upload the game to Scirra Arcade, and them I copy the iFrame embed HTML ad paste it in the Kongregate, I've tried Dropbox and the Tutorials, but it seems that nothing works, if someone could specify an Server or a Easy way to do it I would be Grateful, thanks. </font>

Not sure about using drop box or any other hosting option, as I own my own dedicated server and I use that for iFrame on Kong.
I just set the api call back to the index.html file, and the iframe URL to the folder itself.
For example, for GSSMPTX2 the API call back is

If you can publish your game and get it to run, use the URL you used it to run to figure out those two. That's usually all you need to worry about.
You need your own website/server. You shouldn't use dropbox as it isn't meant for these things and will shut down if you consume too much bandwidth.
