On R157, Speech synthesis is quite good feature. But is there a way to get text from microphone? For example, the users say something, and the text appears on the screen.
Maybe for simple tasks, you could use the speech recognition, and use that, but it may not be ideal for an entire dictionary of word, just a handful.
Yes, but on mobile, I don't think that cocoonjs and crosswalk, support speech recognition, for now.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
I believe you may be correct. You could look into posting a suggestion for this, if it is supported and not coded, or just wait for the next cocconjs update which would hopefully do so.
Crosswalk should support speech recognition soon. I think Chrome for Android already supports it too.
