How do I get a subcondition?

I've been following this guide online but I cannot seem to get the sub-conditions in the image, they always seem to get stuck together, or i would also get the -or- condition which is not what I want.

Here is what I'm suppose to have:

Click on the Condition (e.g. around the word 'System') and press B to get a (blank) subevent or S to add and then be prompted for the condition.
