I want to stretch my project that it will be on all over th screen (web browser game). I know that if I stretch the image It affects the quality but it does not matter to me. I just need my game on the entire screen without scrolling. I checked the "fullscreen in browser" But nothing works
I'm not sure what you want. You used the browser object's fullscreen action but you didn't like it or it doesn't work? Note there are several options when fullscreening your game (letterbox scale, integer letterbox scale, etc.)
It's showing me in the browser with 2 black bars on the sides. I want it to be stretched over all the browser window. Any setting I changed it did not work for me. I need it on my screen 100% Width 100% height Without scrolling. I hope that now I understood (My English is not so good).
Full screen scaling: Scale outer
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
in Full screen scaling I have only high and low quality and in fullscreen in browser i have Scale outer but that move the screen to the left and i have now empty bar on the right screen.
Yeah its full screen in browser.
It looks like you have less layout when using full screen.

heres a good read.
From what I understand I can not stretch it out on the entire screen without losing or cut part of the screen. Is true or I did not understand something???
To make effective use of the scale outer, you require a larger layout (layout size) then your window view (project properties window size)
ie a layout size of 2000x2000 and a window view of 800x600
I'm sorry but Construct 2 doesn't support stretch to fullscreen.
Thank you. I hope the next updates they will support it
