I cant figure out how to stop the system to stop loop this
so it only happens once

pizza on destroyed - destroy pizza?
but you could just add a system trigger once while true under the system gpizzadestroy < 15.

BTW is there a way to simple set a time for the spawn ( Bonus:Tomat )
lets say 5 sec before it destoy

The simplest way would be to add a timer behaviour to bonus_tomat and add these events:
on bonus_tomat created - bonus_tomat set timer to 5 seconds
bonus_tomat on timer - destroy
