How would I make a smooth running copy of plinko?

Plinko is a pretty simple thing to put together. 50% chance of the ball going left or right once it hits an object but I dont know how to make mine run smoothly.

Thank you for the help I appreciate it. I need to read up on the physics plugin more I tried it before but wasnt sure what to do. What you did makes sense.
