Hello,
I'm unsure if this would be possible or what program could do this but I'd like to create a game that would allow users to mod it.
Basically it would a website game that would allow users to upload say a different game avatar or change the dialog of the characters.
I'm hoping Construct 2 could be a part of the development as it looks like what I need to bring about a rpg/visual novel.
