How do I realize HTTP requests AND/OR SQL qrs in construct?

Hello! I want to add to my browser game some content made in construct 2. And... yeah I want to realize it in a special way

OR Make some GET (POST) request to a php-script

OR To send a SQL query directly from a game

How do I... make this?
