Could not find an answer in the forum search or the manual so here it goes:
I want to "Flick" a ball with touch controls (at the same speed and angle as the flick) by using physics.
Would be grateful for any help I can get <img src="smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
I've been thinking about making a game to use such mechanics. So I'm interested as well. I'm going to see about creating a quickie on this tonight. If someone doesn't do it first :D
It needs some serous tweeking before it's usable.
however this seems to be the direction to go. I used anywhere touch for now since tracking by checking to see if touch is on top of an object and following, just doesn't work that well. Once you start tracking you need to track by the specific touchID not if it's "inTouch".
Oddly enough I was toying around with physics earlier. So here's a modified example to fit your needs. Will need some tweaking to get the speed right I think. Play around with the "/5" in event 3. You may need to clamp the value so it doesn't go ballistic (pardon the pun) ;)

can you replace this capx? thanks
