How do I make a parabola movement end in (x,y)

Hey, how's everybody doing?

I'm making a top-down game and I've got this frog which is supposed to, every 5s, choose a random location in a radius of 8 pixels around him and somehow make a single leaping movement towards that location. However I can't figure out how to do it. I'd really appreciate some help.
