I'm trying to make a Tiled Background scroll to the left, and loop infinitely. I've searched the forums for a while and everyone keeps mentioning "Set Image Offset" but I can't seem to find that option anywhere. Has it been changed since the latest update?

have you tried with the Bullet behavior?
or if you set the parallax so the tile seems to go to the left while the player walks forward?

thanks Kyatric, I did look at that already, it will probably do what I need to do, but still not sure where that "Set Image Offset" setting is hiding...
Thanks though, gonna try and do it that way instead.
There is no "Set Image Offset" in C2, all those solutions worked for CC.
