Loading PNG cut-out images

Hie,

I uploaded a small png cut-out image but it is not showing.Instead I am seeing a box,and when I drag the box around,it shows lines as shown below:

Sounds like a graphic card drive issue.

Make sure to update your graphic card drivers, in 99% of the cases, it fixes it all.

Does this happen with all images or only this one particular way of importing images?

I would advise checking for a driver update as Kyatric recommended, though,
