How do staff to leave the box in front of the list when the application is started?

Apparently this type of object is always on top of others. Even if the box is placed on a layer above the layer in which you have the list, it still shows the list on top...

Why would you need a partially hidden list, anyway?

For I have an object that will be created and it will pass over the list, then it would be ideal that the object stayed in front of the list.

There's no way to do this somehow?

As far as I know, you can't. If it's shown on top even when it's on a lower layer, I don't believe you can achieve this...

I wish it were possible for objects with click and drag will go over this object (list), then the application will be with an ugly appearance.

Anyone have any other opinion?
