I can't explain it so it's hard to search. how can I fix this.

You might want to either close and open C2 again, or click the Size | Make 1:1, just incase. Failing that, just make sure the centre point is in the centre as that can cause funny issues like this too.

It has been resolved. It had something to do with the display driver. I updated it and Things went back to normal.
