[How Do I] Reset number of monsters

Hi guys

So I've created the "basic game" (You know the one with the Monsters and Players that the Beginners Guide tells you how to create) and I've also added features such as clay.io

However, my question is, how do you reset the number of the monsters there are, when the game (layout) is restarted? I've followed the tutorial to reset the score; is it a similar way for the monster? Whenever I currently just start the layout again, all the monsters that were remaining in the previous game are still there, and more monsters are being added also.
