Having trouble playing a video clip

So I was making a thingy where you can mess around with a video clip while it's playing. But there's one problem. After I updated to r184, when I go to preview, the video file doesn't play. And for some reason when I go to another tab, the audio of the video file starts playing. I've no idea how this is happening.

This event was going to be activated when I clicked on the button on the bottom left, but I forgot to put the conditions for activating it by clicking the button. Video now works fine. Thanks for your help!
