Hey guys, I'm fairly new to Construct and I was wondering, how do I get my game online!? I know that I need to export, but is there any way I could let my friends have access easier?
Thanks in advance!
Well it couldn't be much easier than opening a webpage right? Just export your game, and upload it to a webpage somewhere. I think I'm right in saying that you can use your dropbox space.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
Upload your game to dropbox or upload to Scirra's arcade.
If your friends have Construct2 you can send them the capx file. Otherwise, if you have a dropbox account you can export as an html5 file and share in your public folder on dropbox. I have read that newer dropbox accounts don't have the public file, so you will need to make one of your files public. There is a good tutorial scirra.com/tutorials/42/upload-your-game-to-dropbox%20. Hope that helps!
