Enemy shoots stream of bullets instead of...

This is probably a noob question but,

The enemy i made shoots stream of bullets instead of bullets at regular intervals. Say one bullet every .5 seconds.

I've tried setting speed but no luck. I even found a tutorial, but in the game they let their enemy have the same issue.

You're missing some condition on your event 22.

Either "system: Every X second", either something else (like a Timer behavior condition).
