I don't understand the Low Latency Audio Tutorial

sorry for the silly request, but I need the help of someone who knows how to explain to a novice like me, like being able to operate the audio in PhoneGap on my galaxy s2 using the tutorial "low latency audio in PhoneGap" .. because I do not understand very honestly, there is some good Samaritan who explain to me right? (if there is an Italian even better :))

You no longer need the LLA plugin for PhoneGap, there was a performance update carried out by phonegap some time ago which fixed it.
