I've been searching around the forum for various masking possibility but has not yet come to find the right solution for what I want to do.
Basically, I would like to make a Globe UI element that is able to reflect a HP variable in my game, sorta like the HP globe in Diablo. Is there like a shape mask function that I can make a square sprite with a circle shape so I can just adjust the height of my square sprite to achieve the globe UI ?
Hope to know if this is already done somewhere or is it even possible in Construct 2 ?
you could just create an animation with and set the frame to reflect yout HP variable.

Rotating the angle seems kind of silly.
Thanks somehow the texture got renamed into hpBar.png.rename ... weird... maybe it's a bug but I wouldn't know how to reproduce it.
I was searching on methods for masking, then i found things like collision mask and some color masking plugins... guess i didn't search the correct keywords. :P
but thanks all, its been a great help !! i have never used the blending mode effects in Construct2 before.. learn something new to play around with!
