I need the player to set animations to move in angles,
my event the player is spinning and that's not what I want.
You mean for 8-direction?
I think it's a bit more complex than that.
because the player starts with bullet effect,
and has to set the correct animation for the direction where it is moving similarly to 8 directions.
the game is based on the open world.

You can do the same with bullet. Use "Is between angles" condition, for example:
Sprite.Bullet.Angle of motion is between -45 and 45 degrees: set animation frame 0
Sprite.Bullet.Angle of motion is between 45 and 135 degrees: set animation frame 1
but keeps rotating I need it to move without rotating
Then disable "Set angle" in bullet properties and in event #74 change bullet angle of motion, not the angle of the sprite.
